"They sold me a pc they didn't have! I waited 12 days for them to tell me (When I complained) that they didnt have it in stock! It was coming from the manufacturer. Not the way to do bussiness or keep steady customer base. They might want to adjust their business practices or go out of. I CANCELED!" IN STOCK SHOULD MEAN IN STOCK! Not Drop shipper! Go ANYWHERE ELSE! UPDATE: If you finance your PC you lose the deposit. Xotic claims to the PC is "IN STOCK" with a MONTH out wait!
Laptop was late in arriving due to some manufacturing issues around Covid. Not a big deal, I can wait a month+ no problem.
When I did get the laptop, I immediately had issues charging (the ASUS software would pop up and say the connector was not properly seated, and the battery icon would intermittently stop showing that it was charging) so I contacted Xotic PC to try and get an RMA. Took 2+ weeks and multiple emails to get the RMA set up only to find that it wasn't going back to Xotic PC, it was going directly back to ASUS, and that I could have just dealt directly with ASUS to set it up all along.
Fast forward a week later, waiting on info on my repair, when Xotic informs me that ASUS has determined that it was "user damage" that caused me to have charging problems, which is ridiculous since I had problems on day 1. Xotic PC will not help me escalate with ASUS, so I'm left to my own devices to battle with ASUS over the ridiculous $2,700 they want to charge me to repair my brand new, $4,000 laptop. Xotic PC informed me that I can use my once-and-done Accidental Damage Protection coverage to cover the cost, but then if I actually do drop my laptop or something later I'm SOL.
I'm very disappointed with Xotic PC and their lack of support in this matter. I would not recommend buying from them and I will not be buying from them in the future unless they can rectify the situation asap.

Do not use this company, by far the worst experience with a company I have ever had. I bought over a 3500 usd laptop from them, I was told it would take 12-15 working days, after 8 days I emailed as my order still said “ordered” and hadn’t moved forward at all, I was told it takes up to 15 days so I should wait, after waiting that long I emailed them again and said it hasn’t seemed to have moved closer they informers me there is a chip shortage and my expected arrival date had changed to mid September when before it was mid June ! I asked them to cancel my order straight away, the refund took 8 days to come through… and the worst part ? I bought it for candian dollars as I was ordering from Vancouver, when my money was returned I lost over 250 dollars as the currency exchange had changed. The most annoying thing was that if they had bothered to email me and tell me that the order had been delayed I would have cancelled it a lot earlier and not lost any money. So please if you are thinking about ordering from this company save yourself time and money please !
So far so good from XoticPC. I will update my post when I receive my purchase. It’s supposed to be here between 1 and 2 weeks time. If it arrives and is satisfactory, I will update this review to 5 stars! If not, I will update this review to help inform potential customers of my experience!

I expect nothing but the highest standards when it comes to buying a new machine from a top rated professional company. So far I will recommend to anyone investing top dollar in to a new PC/laptop, to do it at XOTICPC.com.
Second gaming pc ordered for my kids. The 1st was for my daughter and she loves it. We had to order a 2nd one for my step son. Great products!

Xotic PC has to have the worst customer service in the United States. I recommend no one purchase from them. They refuse to answer any call one they have identified your phone number. I spend $ 2,800.00 on a PC and I am getting nickeled and dime about a bad 2TB drive that has never worked. Trevor H is my sales person. Useless. I totally recommend for no one to use them.
It's been 3 days and my order is still on order. Read that the order part takes 24 hours to get to the next step. Not too happy on that. My kids birthday is may 3rd and was hoping to get it close to then but guess not
The purchase experience was easy and pleasant the computer selection was very good I haven't received the pc yet as I pre orderd the machine but im very hopeful

It is impossible. After a month of trying, chat never answered, never emailed back, etc. I found only way was to call sales. They answered that line on first ring. After many tries finally got through, but no help from them once I did. Read my review

Read my review, they are absolutely incompetent. My experience was horrid, unprofessional and unresolved problems for five months

Scam. Sells faulty machines. I believe that when xoticpc discovers they have a broken or faulty laptop, sells the product to the consumer anyways, asking THEM to do an RMA instead of performing any quality control whatsoever

Yes. They're a garbage company who treat their customers like trash and their employees even worse!
